Description: The purpose of this study was to better understand the role of mammography technologists on the performance of mammography in community practice. In order to assess the impact of radiologic technologists on mammography accuracy and to describe the population of mammography technologists across North Carolina (in terms of education, training, work experiences and job satisfaction), we will utilize Carolina Mammography Registry data and a statewide survey mailed to all North Carolina mammography technologists.
